政治的な活動姿勢で知られるアメリカのバンド レイジ・アゲインスト・ザ・マシーンの1stアルバム「Rage Against The Machine」に収録されている曲です。

同アルバムの3枚目のシングルとして、1993年6月にリリースされました。

歌詞の意味と解釈

曲のタイトルの「ボム」には “爆弾" という意味だけでなく、スラングで “最高の" という意味があります。そして「トラック」は “曲" を意味します。

アルバムの幕を開ける、文字通り “爆弾級の曲" であると同時に “最高の曲" です。

歌詞には、一部の支配階級によって弱者が搾取され続けるアメリカ社会のシステムと歴史に対し、不屈の抗議を上げる、バンドのメッセージが込められています。
